Project 01 | Unforgettable Events
Created memorable experiences for approximately 300 people at 3-day annual events which highlight achievements and challenges for the year, as well as the vision for the upcoming year. I work closely with the CEO on his message and the overall theme for the event. Planned events at resorts in Ft. Lauderdale, Hollywood Beach, Puerto Rico, and Clearwater Beach. Vetted properties and negotiated contracts.
Served as Lead Volunteer at Dallas' 100k Opportunity Fair for young adults age 16-24. Oversaw a team of 40+ volunteers at the Practice Interview Station from Accenture, T-Mobile, Texas Workforce, Citysquare and more.
Project 02 | Marketing With Video
Traveled to consulitng projects with Video Producer to interview clients and tell an authentic story. Created the story board for the video in conjunction with Video Producer. Used video in email campaigns and social media sites for brand awareness and to attract new clients and educate prospects.
Project 03 | Content-Based Websites
Created the vision for websites which are reflective of the brand. Worked with Wordpress and Squarespace Developers on the overall structure and visual appeal. Website copy and much of the content including blog posts are written by Audrey Wyatt. Positioned Senior Leaders as Thought Leaders.

Project 04 | Newsletters, Campaigns and Brochures
Use the Marketing Automation platform, Act-On which is integrated with Salesforce to create nurture campaigns with Sales team. Also, established internal newsletter for employees called Frontline News and top-of-funnel newsletter for prospects called, Game Changers. Create holistic brand messages that flow from Employee Brand Ambassadors to external Brand Advocates.
